We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Food and Beverage Manager

to join our team. Ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in a luxury environment, possess a positive attitude and strive to keep quailty consistently high.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related major

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experince in relevant F&B capacity

Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, P&L statements, forecasting practices and reporting of financial data

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, inventory control and coordination of people and resources

Great command of verbal and written language, both English and Turkish

Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals and be a part of it

Skilled at establishing courses of action and training for self and others, can set SMART goals for team and is able to conduct effective performance reviews accordingly

Highly disciplined with strong sense of commitment and unquestionable integrity

Focused on guest satisfaction and is visible in operation, can promote good public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special request

Able to effectively adjust to changes in dynamic work environment

JOB DESCRIPTION

Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for directing all aspects of F&B outlets' operations, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels.
