Financial Controlling Executive

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Prepare adjustment entries for the conversion of statutory records (VUK) to IFRS
• Monitor changes in IFRS standards and ensure their implementation within the company
• Coordinate external audit processes and maintain communication with auditors
• Analyze financial risks and take proactive measures
• Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in audit firms (Big4 preferred) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing
• Solid understanding of local tax regulations and legal compliance requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset
• Good command of English
