Key Responsibilities

• Support operational continuity by coordinating the maintenance, repair, and technical operations processes of the fitness equipment in our clubs with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for fitness equipment and ensure that breakdown and repair processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage communication with technical service providers and suppliers, and monitor service processes in line with quality standards and timelines.
• Support the planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning processes of fitness equipment investments within the scope of CapEx.
• Coordinate equipment and operational processes for new club openings, renovation projects, and club improvement initiatives.
• Monitor logistics processes related to fitness equipment, spare parts, and operational materials to ensure that club requirements are met on time.
• Monitor inventory and stock management processes related to fitness equipment, spare parts, and technical materials; ensure inventory accuracy and support demand planning by monitoring critical stock levels.
• Evaluate technical requests received from clubs, coordinate with relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
• Monitor warranty, service, and manufacturer-related processes for equipment under warranty; ensure services are delivered in accordance with quality standards and coordinate the necessary improvement actions.
• Prepare operational reports and develop improvement recommendations to increase process efficiency.
• Work in close collaboration with Club Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
• Experience in facility operations, technical operations, maintenance and repair coordination, logistics, or inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of technical operations planning and coordination.
• Experience in inventory and stock management, as well as warranty and quality processes, is preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and process management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• No travel restrictions.
