We are currently looking for " Maintenance Manager " based in Kocaeli

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in machine maintenance and project issues in industrial facilities,
• Knowledge of Automation / PLC systems.Experienced in hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems,
• Fluently in English,
• Good level of Microsoft Office programs,
• Successful in communication, able to manage a team, result oriented,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense working tempo,
• Expereince at ERP systems, ( preferably SAP ),Residing or wiling to reside Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out the works of the Maintenance Department in accordance with the plan, program and budget in line with the company targets, objectives, strategies, principles and work programs.
• Following the technological developments related to the subject and determining their application in enterprises.
• Detailed explanation of the tasks and targets assigned to the employees in his own department and to follow them up.
• Monitoring energy expenses and annual maintenance budget and making necessary reports.
• Imporoving actions in line with business plans and measuring their results, keeping records of improvements and modifications.
• Managing maintenance, repairing and new machine installation, engaging new processes, following up efficiency and improvement projects.
• Developing and implementing periodic maintenance and procedures
• Performing the Annual Planned Stoppage and Periodic Maintenance, ensuring the necessary plans and coordinations.
• Following the Quality Management System processes within its own department, evaluating the results of Internal Quality Systems and Process Audits and taking urgent measures regarding nonconformities.
