Project and Sales Specialist

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another Technical / Engineering Degree,
• Min 3+ years of work experience in project management in a multinational automotive or manufacturing environment or similar role,
• Fluency in German and min. Intermediate English (written and spoken),
• Fully able to read technical design documents and drawings including mechanical schematics,
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills,
• Has effective time management skills,
• Must have the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects,
• Proactiveness, rigorous & structured,
• Excellent negotiation skills and result oriented,
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to interact with people at all levels,
• Be familiar with Volkswagen project management system will be a key to success,
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally,
• Valid Driver's license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow-up of European projects - To communicate, plan, program and communicate with main industries.
• Analysis of part requests from customers and preparing proposals,
• To prepare the molding and manufacturability studies of the parts to be bid,
• To communicate with customers regarding offers and negotiate when necessary,
• Supporting the part/product development processes,
• To implement and follow up on Volkswagen projects and responsibilities,
• Traveling to Europe to meet with clients when necessary,
• Travel to Kutahya to support project activities and build experience,
• To follow, interpret, develop and coordinate the part designs made with the customers by Polmar.
