As a Brand Communication Specialist at Masdaf, you'll play a key role in defining brand & corporate communication strategy and roadmap for environmentally-friendly and innovative “fluid transfer systems” that provides energy efficiency. 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Having Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Social Sciences, Communication Departments or related fields
• Experienced in brand, corporate communication management role who is familiar with agile practices
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with an attention to detail and proficiency in graphic design
• The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management skills and a result-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including presentation software.
• At least 2 years experience in electro-mechanical areas
• Preferably having management experience on creative agency, PR, SEO, Website
• Develop and update sales support materials for our field team, including presentations, informational sheets, POPs and videos with the support of agency management and internal communications skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as our brand's and company advocate, creating visually attractive and compelling marketing and corporate materials.
• Collaborate with Field and Commercial teams to synchronize marketing efforts with company objectives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans.
• Actively participate in the communication processes for Brands, including campaign and promotion communications.
• Supervise the creation of communication materials and ensure their timely completion.
• Plan, implement, and assess the creative aspects of advertising campaigns.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Develop plans for specific projects, outlining steps, coordinating progress
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze, report, and enhance the performance of marketing investments, SEO and Agency success
• Oversee trademark & patent applications and the objection process.
• Generate content that increases our digital media traffic and strengthens our presence, securing a steady influx of potential clients.
• Manage national and multinational fairs, PR campaigns, and plan project development, social responsibility projects to increase corporate brand awareness
