QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mata Automotive is a global leading full-service supplier of decorative interior and exterior components in original premium materials to the global automotive industry. Mata is hiring “ Human Resources Specialist” for its Turkey factory with the below qualifications.


Qualifications

  • Graduated from the Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or Human Resources departments of Universities,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English,
  • Preferably, to have experience in the Automotive Sector,
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices, especially recruitment, performance evaluation, training &development, orientation, etc. 
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in HR functions,
  • Knowing the methodology of IFTF 16949, ISO 27001: Information Security Management System and ISO 14001: Environmental Quality Management Systems, Developing written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting, organization, planning and follow-up,
  • Having strong Problem-solving skill,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English,
  • Professional knowledge of Ms Office Applications,
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with Turkish Labor Law standards (Codes of 4857 and 5510)
  • Completed military service for male applicants,
  • Living in the Istanbul Anatolian Side, Tuzla or Gebze regions,


Job Description

  •  Conducting Blue and White-collar recruitment and orientation process,
  • Prepare and post job applications to the portals,
  • Search and communicate candidates by using database and portals,
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Following the Training, Talent Management and Career Development processes,
  • Being an active part of Annual Performance Evaluation studies,
  • Reporting Human Resources periodic targets and KPIs,
  • Following the international recruitment projects and legal work permission process of the expats globally in Mata Automotive factories. 
  • Playing an active role in the planning and realization of Corporate Communication Relations activities and social organizations,
  • Being an active part in the HR Activities, effective development and implementation of the regulations, procedures, and instructions applied throughout the Company
  • Supporting other Human Resources, Administrative Affairs and Industrial Relations processes.
