Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science, MIS or Management
  • At least 3 years of experience within IT and Project Management area
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in agile practices is a plus
  • Having knowledge of software development processes
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Applications (Excel, PPT, WORD), Visio
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to progress with result oriented and solution oriented approach
  • Ability to progress with agile and data-driven approach
  • Ability to progress with multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Keen on learning new and complex technologies

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects that ensure consistency with company standards, strategy, commitments, and goals
  • Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third parties/ vendors in order to deliver projects according to a plan
  • Creating and executing project, work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget
  • Managing relationship with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Providing project progress reports and to executives
  • Acting as a coach and subject matter expert in all project management matters
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approaches where they are necessary
  • Managing large and diverse team
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
