• Bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate environment,
• Experienced in selecting and evaluating candidates,
• Able to use competancy based interview techniques,
• Fluent in English,
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
• Ability to act as a team player,
• Practical and result oriented,
• Good planning, organising and communication skills
• Customer oriented,
• Support open communication and feedback culture,

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of employees,
• Responsible with keeping HQ recruitment KPI's,
• Supporting new store openning recruitment activities,
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements,
• Active use of resourcing portals,
• Carry out and report exit interviews, analyze outcomes and to make action plan suggestions,
• Take active part in the revision/update of documentation and forms,
• Create onboarding process and follow up with the onboarding of newly hired staff,
• Take active part in the smooth hiring process of the internship programs,
• Ensure the cv database is up to date and current at all times,
• Reporting of all recruitment process.
