Senior Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience with financial/operational reporting or sales controlling,
• Experienced in P&L calculation,
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization,
• Strong skills in MS Office tools especially Excel, Powerpoint and Access,
• Experience with reporting and accounting software such as SAP-Business Objects and SAP-HANA is preferred,
  
• Having very good analytical skills, ability to understand and develop relations between data sets,
  
• Ability to develop and maintain clear, high quality and well-laid out spreadsheets, data tables and presentations,
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Customer oriented,
• Support open communication and feedback culture,
• Open to change and innovation.

• Provides operational and financial analysis and proactively addresses all items that impact the achievement of targets,
• Constantly monitors sales, KPIs, stock, margin & financial results against benchmarks, report deviations and raise flags when necessary,
• Prepares clear and concise presentations to trigger actions,
• Supports system improvements, analyzes and challenges current work processes to identify & suggest areas for improvement,
• Ensures the accuracy and clarity of reported results within agreed deadlines,
• Works in collaboration with different departments of the company,
