Regulatory Associate - Contractor Position (Leading global pharma company, Turkey)

About the Opportunity: Mediskop, in partnership with many Pharma Companies which are global biopharmaceutical leaders, is seeking a talented Regulatory Associate to support one of these Global Pharma Company's regulatory operations in Turkey. This contractor position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare solutions while gaining valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Position Overview: As a Regulatory Associate contractor, you will be employed by Mediskop and assigned to work exclusively with Global Pharma Company's Country Regulatory team in Turkey. You will play a crucial role in managing regulatory affairs for products under development and marketed products, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for Global Pharma Company's product portfolio
• Assist in preparing high-quality dossiers and briefing packages for new registrations and maintenance activities
• Help coordinate interactions with Health Authority contacts and support regulatory meetings
• Contribute to the management and maintenance of product portfolios
• Aid in reviewing and validating promotional materials in collaboration with Global Pharma Company's Marketing and Medical departments
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in assessing their potential impact on activities and strategies
• Provide regulatory expertise and support to  cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, chemistry sciences, or other relevant life sciences
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar regulatory affairs position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and verbal)

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with electronic submission systems and regulatory databases
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines
• Knowledge of good regulatory practices (GRP)
