Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Videographer who can take ownership of projects from concept to completion. This role goes beyond simply executing briefs; we are seeking someone who brings original ideas, a strong creative vision, and the energy to make every project stand out.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare all necessary equipment, lighting setups, and materials ahead of each shoot to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Comply with all rules and operational requirements of various venues, including hospitals, clinics, hotels, and event spaces.
• Arrive early on set to organize equipment, prepare scenes, and execute the shoot according to the creative concept.
• Produce high-quality, professional video content that reflects Clinichub’s premium brand identity.
• Edit videos in platform-specific formats (vertical, square, horizontal) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt content styles, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques accordingly.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate editing workflows, enhance visuals, and optimize content production.
• Transfer, organize, back up, and securely archive all raw footage and final materials after each shoot.
• Deliver completed projects to relevant teams, implement feedback efficiently, and ensure timely finalization.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative video formats and concepts.
• Visit and manage various shooting locations as part of an active on-field and in-office production workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in video production including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other related programs.
• Experienced in both video and photo shooting.
• Fluent in English, as all video materials will be produced and edited in English.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to propose and lead projects, not just execute existing ones.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for working in dynamic and varied environments.
• A true team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
