What does an Insurance Assistant Specialist do?

• Managing the renewal processes of carrier liability, comprehensive, warehouse liability, electronic equipment, machinery breakdown, domestic transportation, fire, personal accident, third-party liability, and employer liability policies, 
• Supporting the approval and SAP processes of issued policies, 
• Managing damage claims from traffic, comprehensive, and optional financial liability policies for our tow trucks and passenger vehicles, 
• Following up on damage files with adjusters and service providers, 
• Regularly reporting on the list of files and policies under follow-up, 
• Providing support on technical insurance and claims, 
• Handling immediate insurance requests from within the group.

We look for these experiences, technical knowledge, and skills in our candidates;

• Graduates of Banking and Insurance or related undergraduate programs from universities, 
• Possesses analytical skills, results and solution-oriented, 
• Proficient in using MS Office programs, 
• Has intermediate English language skills,
• A good team player; able to manage internal and external customer relations, 
• Has communication, organizational skills and a customer-oriented perspective, 
• For males, has completed military service.
