QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Mefar Pharmaceuticals, is the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Turkey and the neighboring region for sterile injectable products. We are looking for a 'Learning&Development Executive' for our Human Resources Group Directorate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- At least 7 years experience in organizational development and training processes. (Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferable),
- SAP HR and Success Factors(LMS) using experience,
- Knowledge in ROI (Return of Investment) methodology in training management,
- Very good command of English,
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills,
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Multitasking ability in a dynamic environment,
- Advanced organization skills and follow up skills, result oriented.
Job Description
- Carrying out training needs analysis studies, prioritizing the trainings and creating an annual training plan,
- Realize the annual training plan and budget period studies,
- Taking part in the preparation stage of the content of the training catalog to follow in line with the needs of the organization, monitoring,
- Following the innovations about training in the market in line with the needs and necessary updates,
- Review, update and maintain the company training matrix,
- Management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to use online training material, e-learning system, and computer based training,
- Implement and monitor management trainee programme
- Delivering training programs for all employees in a classroom or online environment,
- Revise and enhance existing training content based on feedback or regulations,
- Evaluating training programs to determine impact and identify problems,
- Ensure all GMP, Hygiene, Health&Safety and other mandatory trainings in site completed for all employees,
- Designing, monitoring all processes regarding with training system such as certification, onboarding, governance, purchasing, regulations,
- Measure ROI of training programs in order to increase the effectiveness,
- Prepare and utilize reports to monitor KPIs related to training activities.
