• University graduate preferably from tourism-related departments,
• Experience is the hospitality industry is a plus,
• Excellent level of written and verbal communication in English,
• Good personal organizational skills,
• Self-motivator with the ability to use one’s own initiative,
• Ability to work as part of a team,
• Capable of prioritizing effectively,
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Attention to detail essential, to ensure thoroughness and accuracy at all times,
• Computer literate – experience working with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

İŞ TANIMI

• Rates and availability control,
• Involving in contract renewal processes, sourcing promotions from hotels,
• Support to hoteliers via professional and positive communication,
• Efficient communication with external and internal partners,
• Setting up profile on hotel database for the directly contracted hotels and activating the updated ones to sell on websites,
• Providing support to Market Managers for online and offline marketing activities, fairs, partner events etc.
• Adjusting cancellation policies and market restrictions further to the feedback from hotels and relevant Market Manager,
• Assisting the operations for book out cases,
• Following up payments,
• Area sourcing and assisting Market Managers for the direct contracting process.
• Optimization of the current product by;
• Receiving the top selling hotel list report periodically in their region and suggest a prospect list to the Market Manager, get better rates and allotments if already contracted,
• Maximize the total revenue of the region and the performance of direct contracted hotels,
• Identifying high season in their region and request extra allotment for peak period,
• Making sure that if the contracted hotels are listed on websites properly.
