Job Description

• Give a first level of ERP system support and able to create a solution for basic problems
• Perform tests on preproduction systems of Metro Cash and Carry.
• Operate and manage local and international IT Systems and Interfaces
• Adapt the new technologies and software installations in the company and make installations needed for the Global IT Projects in Turkey site
• Communicate with international SLS teams in Germany, Romania, India and China to solve problems and provide technical solutions
• Provide training and support for users

Qualifications

• University Degree in Management Information Systems, or Computer Science/Engineering or related fields,
• At least 2 years experience preferably in retail sector,
• Have an good knowledge of SQL Language, Oracle, SQL server
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken
• Strong business mindset and excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding needs of the market and internal and external customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment to manage competing priorities
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
• No restriction to travel

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
