General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related fields,
• Work experience as an HR Specialist role,
• Command of both written and spoken English is a must,
• Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,
• Knowledge of labor law and practices of Turkey,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

Job Description

• Being responsible for all operations in HR functions especially in recruitment.
• Developing strong relations between the company and employees,
• Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,
• Building a strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment,
