The role of E-commerce Specialist requires a beauty and cosmetics enthusiast, with experience in managing marketplace platforms, flagship website and online digital presence. With excellent marketing and sales skills you will be required to support the development of Direct-To-Consumer promotional strategy and CRM programs to maximize eCommerce revenue, gaining traffic via digital marketing and insuring an optimized website user experience for Misbahçe. Through the implementation of the day-to-day content, influencer outreach and collaborations with like-minded companies. You will ensure the growth in following and engagement across all our social channel and brand websites.

Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, E-commerce Speacialist will be a highly collaborative team player with a strong digital mindset, commercially driven and detail oriented, possessing  a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns.

Specifically, this role will maximize eCommerce revenue, gaining qualified traffic via digital marketing and insuring an optimized website user experience.

We seek a candidate who holds a solid understanding of the eCommerce business, including experience in managing marketing, CRM, and/or operational programs at a consumer product company. Ideally, this person should also be highly creative, results-oriented, hold a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, and a dedication to quality. Experience of Insider Marketing Otomation is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include managing all our marketplace operations including influencer outreach, price & stock updates, content implementation; campaign planning and execution; weekly and monthly reporting. Working closely with Digital Marketing Agencies, implementing strategies, data for SEO requirements and Google META commercials. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and influence the online sales for Misbahçe.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must be creative, hardworking and passionate about the beauty industry. A switched on marketer and saler who understands the brands audience, has a good grasp of popular culture and a strong thirst for knowledge to keep ahead of new social trends and beauty gossip. A motivated and organised self-starter who is equally at ease working within a team. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires a candidate who is highly organised and able to plan and prioritise a busy and varied schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Implement and grow the following and engagement across all the online Misbahçe sales channels

· Responsible for the development of all content for the Misbahçe digital platforms (websites)

· Manage and implement strategies on Insider Marketing Otomation Platform

· Completion of weekly sales report, monthly activity and evaluation reports

. Conduct ongoing competitive and benchmark analyses.

. Develop, manage and scale existing and new customer loyalty and subscription strategies and initiatives to retain key customer segments.

· Work with a wide range of media and implement mailings weekly

· Contribute ideas and research to the development of new products

. Work together with Customer Service & Beauty Coach to increase sales indirectly by excellent customer service

Education and/or Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a similar role

·        A candidate with a strong background in digital marketing within the skin care, fragrance, or Cosmetic Industry is preferred.

·        Driving online traffic to company websites

·        PPC, SEO, paid search and affiliate marketing

·        Managing an Ecommerce system and marketplaces.

·        Managing Insider platform

·        Managing İkas platform

·        High energy and creativity required with the ability to interface with a wide range of individuals.

·        Candidate must have a clear understanding of consumer needs with the ability to communicate such needs to Misbahçe management.

·        Valid driver’s license, with reliable transportation and ability to drive within the territory
