Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial management? We are seeking a Budget Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the responsible allocation of resources within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain annual budgets for various departments.
• Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their budgetary needs and provide guidance on responsible spending.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in the budgeting process, including budget reviews and revisions as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis or accounting field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry-specific budgeting practices is a plus.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli preferably İzmit.
• No restrictions for traveling in Turkey and abroad.
