Qualifications

·         Graduation in engineering background (Mechatronics/Electrical/ Electronics)

·         5-7 years’ experience in Maintenance Engineer and min. 3 years Maintenance Manager,

·         Good knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements based on the maintenance section,

·         Advance production systems knowledge as World Class Manufacturing,

·         Basic KPI’s for Breakdown Ratio, MTTR, MTBF calculations and management,

·         PLC Control & Automation tools (Preferable Mitsubishi PLC),

·         Knowledge in Servo systems and control,

·         Understanding mechanics, Pneumatic and hydraulic systems,

·         Wide network on Automation vendors which is related to source some of the facility or maintenance activities,

·         PM Knowledge is essential,

·         Tightening systems knowledge is plus,

·         Knowledge of MS Office tools,

·         Verbal and written communication skill in English

·         Good communication skills and able to manage team and work in a team environment

·         Able to work on flexible working hours and difficult conditions

·         No restriction for travelling in Turkey & Abroad

·         Residency or would be able to live in Kocaeli

·         No obligation for military service (man candidates)

Description

·         To be employed in Production & Maintenance Department

·         Daily operations of the maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices for corrective and preventative maintenance procedures are followed including accurate completion of the preventative maintenance program

·         Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities for electrical mechanical control and automation systems of production equipments.

·         Spare parts management system and ensure that is following properly by maintenance team,

·         New projects management, equipment installation tasks , improving control systems regarding the requirements of factory

·         Manage vendors and suppliers, including machines, conveyors, mechanic and pneumatic systems and improvement of vendors, together with negotiation skills.

·         Making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects

·         Responsible for Maintenance of high technology equipments

·         of Plant Air Compressor and Electric Generator Systems and follow up routine maintenance of these systems
