We are a global modest fashion e-commerce company. We are currently operating in more than 140 countries and providing the content in six languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, German and Bahasa Indonesian by adapting to their local preferences. We bring fashion and technology together with iconic brand and smart operations to create great value for our customers. We invest in each and every customer’s experience. We are looking for new talents to join our Marketing team as a Corporate Communications Manager who is responsible for creating internal and external communications strategies, press releases and PR activities.


What we expect from you:


  • Lead & contribute to all processes enhancing corporate reputation,
  • Create company literature and other forms of communication,
  • Take a key role in developing brand communication, PR, CSR strategies,
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references,
  • Create and execute communication and corporate social responsibility projects that will add value to corporate brand perception,
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication,
  • Contribute press and media relations, experienced in leading communication and management of PR and social media agencies,
  • Follow up industry trends, social, political, and economical developments to foresee potential risks and find new storytelling opportunities,
  • Draft various sorts of PR assets including corporate press releases, corporate newsletters, management bios, and position statements for both internal and external communications,
  • Effectively managing and working with media as well as being able to critically assess and manage reactive requests,
  • Represent the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way,
  • Ensure consistency of internal and external communication messages,
  • Provide strategic counsel to management team and organization’s leaders including interviews,
  • Build a network with fashion media contacts and able to deep understanding of their needs and sensitivities.

 

What we are looking for:


  • At least 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields,
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, International Relations, Marketing, or related majors from a reputable university,
  • Experience in developing, creating, and managing PR, CSR activities with associated costs and working to budget restraints,
  • Demonstrate ability to interact effectively with various levels of management,
  • Able to relate to the PR and communications world and adapt to changing priorities quickly and with ease,
  • Creatively minded and has a desire to work in marketing and PR for the e-commerce industry,
  • Excellent command of Turkish & English (written and verbal), additional languages are plus.
