Patient Coordinator

MORAL DENTAL TURKEY is a growing dental clinic committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for aPatient Coordinator with strong communication and organisational skills who can effectively manage and develop our international patient coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in line with the clinic’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategic objectives, monitor the achievement of individual targets, and take the necessary actions to ensure their successful completion.
• Monitor industry trends and developments and assess the clinic’s position in light of economic and technological developments. Contribute practical suggestions for continuous improvement to strengthen the clinic’s competitive position.
• Upon request from the International Sales Team, prepare detailed treatment proposals for international patients, including treatment plans, pricing, and payment schedules, in coordination with the relevant dentist, and forward them to the responsible International Sales Representative.
• Follow up with international patients throughout their entire patient journey, ensuring timely communication and effective coordination.
• Welcome international patients upon arrival at the clinic and ensure that all registration and patient admission procedures are completed.
• Direct first-time patients to the relevant Dental Assistant for the required X-ray and/or CT scan procedures.
• Coordinate social media content and filming involving international patients in accordance with the clinic’s requirements.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with international patients and their accompanying family members, addressing their questions and needs throughout their visit.
• Host and assist international patients during their time at the clinic, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and patient-centred experience.
• Coordinate the in-clinic procedures and appointments of international patients, ensuring smooth communication and an efficient workflow between patients, dentists, dental assistants, and relevant departments.
• Monitor and respond to the needs and requests of international patients throughout their time at the clinic, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and support.

Requirements

• An interest in or willingness to develop knowledge of the healthcare or dental sector.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow up on tasks in a disciplined and structured manner.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and representation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Strong patient follow-up and recall management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A professional, positive, and patient-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international patients from different cultural backgrounds.
