Job Summary

Motul Türkiye is looking for a Sales Representative with experience in industrial sector sales, preferably in the lubricants industry, who is capable of following technical processes and delivering technical presentations. The ideal candidate should have no travel restrictions, reside in Istanbul and/or Kocaeli, and be ready to take full responsibility in the field.

This position will be a  fixed-term role.

As the Technical Sales Representative

You will be responsible for MotulTech Industrial Lubricant sales and providing the technical advice for industrial products, lubricant knowhow and after sales support to the MotulTech dealer network as well as the direct customers of MotulTech in Türkiye.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

·       Drive new business development activities by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and expanding MotulTech’s industrial customer portfolio in Türkiye.

·       Manage the full sales cycle including customer visits, commercial negotiations, quotation follow-ups, and achieving sales growth targets in assigned territories.

·       You will be handling the technical follow ups, analysis and measuring the lubricants for regular schedule and/or for troubleshooting.

·       You will advise our partners / distributors and clients onsite application-lubrication related issues.

·       You will independently plan and carry out operational tests of our lubricants, including documentation, evaluation and presentations.

·       You will be holding and/or participating in customer trainings, seminars, trade fairs and internal events.

·       You will support and advise our colleagues in sales & process complaints on site.

·       With enhanced communication on the technical side, you will obtain letters of approvals & recommendations.

·       Will also develop technical sales documents and application recommendations together with our product management tea.

Job Requirements

·       Proven experience in technical sales and business development, preferably within industrial lubricants, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.

·       Strong customer relationship management and commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

·       You are a master salesman, craftsman or technician with experience in metalworking environment or production sites.

·       You have professional and/or hands-on experience in the field of MWF / general machining, sheet metal forming, high pressure die casting, heat treatment or cold forming.

·       Willingness to travel mostly, pro-active attitude.

·       High level of comprehension to focus on priorities and to be able to act rationally even in stressful situations.

·       Dexterity and handling to be in a cross-functional and multinational team for different projects.

·       Reliable team player.

·       Strong communication skills, good negotiation skills, presentation and organizational skills for extensive customer interactions and above all good persistence.

·       Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and inquisitive approach.
