Mouliss is a fast-growing baby and children’s brand aiming to build a strong organic social media presence and a highly engaged community of mums.

We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to support our organic content, social media and community growth.

This role sits at the centre of our marketing team and works closely with the founder on a daily basis.

The Role

Your core focus will be:

• organic content creation

• social media management

• community building

Platforms:

• YouTube

• Instagram

• Facebook

• Pinterest

You’ll also support Shopify updates and general marketing tasks as needed.

Working Model

• Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media across all platforms

• Create, film and edit short-form content

• Plan and manage content calendars

• Identify trends and apply them in an on-brand way

• Engage with the community through comments and DMs

• Manage and grow our Facebook community

• Assist with Shopify product listings and website updates

• Support campaigns, launches and collaborations

• Create simple Canva graphics

• Complete admin, research and ad-hoc tasks from the founder

• Assist with shoots, content days and in-person events

About You

• Confident in creating and editing social content

• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest

• Organized and reliable

• Comfortable working on-site in a small team

• Willing to support across different tasks when needed

• Interested in mums, babies or lifestyle content
