JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate segment,
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and NGOs,
• Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets,
• Manage proposal and negotiation processes,
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets,
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities,
• Prepare regular market and sales reports,
• Effectively manage hotel sales channels, pricing processes, and contract management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry,
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales channels, pricing, and contract management,
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and a result-oriented mindset,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of Turkish and very good command of English,
• Willingness to travel when required.
