QUALIFICATIONS

MSE Teknoloji Ltd. operates in the field of manufacturing process devices and heat treatment
furnaces for all kinds of materials such as ceramics, metals, glasses, and polymers in
laboratory and industrial scales. We satisfy our customers with our standard products as well
as providing them some certain solutions with developing new custom-made products
accordingly their needs with our wide and deep knowledge of high pressures and high
temperatures. Our clients are universities, R&D centers, factories, defense industry etc. In this
regard, we made many different devices and systems for the first time in Turkey as a Turkish
company.

As we are such a growing company and plan to extend our markets both domestically and
internationally. We are currently looking for a technical sales engineer who would like to
contribute our organization with below responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Job description
  •  search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in order to extend company market share
  •  develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  •  persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality,price, and delivery
  •  negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  •  provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  •  follow up current customer’s need regularly
  •  follow up payments in time
  •  Support marketing activities by following up domestic and abroad fairs, exhibition.
  •  Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  •  Good skills in teamwork.
  •  Help in the design of custom-made products.
  •  Write the technical specifications for tenders.
  •  Organize the schedule in order to make plan monthly, quarterly and annually
  •  Directing the customer to the right product if needed.
  •  Increase awareness, market share, and presence in Turkey
  •  Help to organize the delivery plan with colleagues during delivery and installation
Qualifications
  •  University degree from related departments especially, Metallurgical and Materials
  • Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
  •  Having master degree will be an asset.
  •  Good command of written & spoken English is a must.
  •  Have the skills of writing a technical specification of a machine.
  •  Understand the customer’s needs and report to the technical department.
  •  Having a basic knowledge about materials processes and heat treatments of all kinds of materials and willing to improve himself/herself about it.
  •  Willing to research and learn technical needs to contribute new product development according to customer needs.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to and willing to travel both domestic and abroad.
  •  2 years experience will be an asset
  •  Living close to company location(Gebze, Tuzla, Kurtköy, Pendik etc.) will be an asset
  •  Military status must be done or postponed for male candidates
  •  Have a driving license and be active driver.
