We are looking for Lease Contract and Revenue Management Expert, based in Istanbul.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant disciplines,
  • 3 years-experience in invoicing,
  • Excellent command of MS Excel,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follow up lease contracts and enter them into mall management system
  • Follow up contract amendments and make necessary changes in leases in mall management system.
  • Follow up sqm details and create new units & rental spaces in mall management system.
  •  Create new customers &address details in mall management system.
  • Run interim rent invoice report & Service charge report and review data.
  • Review turnover figures in mall management system.
  • Review turnover calculation system output and prepare invoices.
  • Use utility invoice files which come from technical managers and prepare upload files.
  • Prepare interest calculation file and run interim interest invoices in mall management system.
  • Run interim indexation report in mall management system.
