QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate for this role has a background in PMO and Business Development paired with the ability to think analytically and creatively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The requirements for this position are as follows:
• Graduated from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Industrial or Management Engineering
• Experienced in project management methodologies and standards (PMP certificate is a plus)
• Experienced in business process reengineering
• Ability to cope with multi project
• An achiever who takes proactive approach to follow up and finalize tasks, who can build relationships across the organization and produce high quality deliverables
• Fluency in English, French is a plus
İŞ TANIMI
Business Process Management- Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes
- The outcomes of the business processes are in harmony with Multinet Up's strategic goals
- Innovation is introduced into the processes that can impact results and enhance operational excellence
- Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of the business processes
- Prepare detailed project plans (Time/cost/scope management)
- Review and plan workloads on project resources
- Integrate projects
- Proactively manage project risks
- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and implementation of the methodologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
- Determine, follow and report project KPIs
