*Design, develop and implement automation solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects.

*Programming capability with PLC systems (Siemens; Simatic Manager etc.) to control machinery and processes.

*Creating and designing control systems with Scada and HMI systems (Siemens; WinCC Flexible, WinCC) that automate processes in manufacturing, industrial, or other settings.

*Have knowledge of communication systems (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus, etc.)

*Program and configure PLC's to meet specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

*Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

*Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures to proactively address potential issues.

*Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production staff on automation systems and processes.

*Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

*Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all automation-related activities.

*Document automation designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures for future reference.
