QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee the sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies focused on driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Manage and refine sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers and partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure the integrated and successful execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for sales and marketing operations, initiating improvements and strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development.

 

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, demonstrating success in revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed objectives.
  • Proficient in crafting and executing effective sales strategies and enhancing operational processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of making informed decisions based on thorough data analysis.
  • Comfortable working in and leading through the complexities of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Fluent in English.
