QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required education & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree on relative fields
  • Min 5 years of experience on Customer Relations (Sales experience may also apply)
  • Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience on CRM and Customer Service Management tools is a plus
  • Knowledge on consumer rights regulations
  • Military obligation to be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

  • Providing the best service to our Family (we call our customers family), in the best tone of communication – Organize, execute and monitor the complete customer communication plan together with the Customer Relations Manager.  
  • Leading a team of 2 management trainees.
  • Developing actions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time continuous development of already established systems - CRM & Customer Service Management.
  • Coordinating actions to be taken on customer requests/complaints with the relevant departments, drawing the optimum conclusion on each case and communicating it to the customer.
  • Operating the customer service line at the desired level.
  • End-to-end organization of flat handovers to customers - including arrangement of appointments, coordination with on-site teams and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Running the standart customer processes
  • Carrying-out routine audits to existing projects to ensure best customer experience, determining necessary actions in this respect and conducting the internal communications within the company.

Preferred Candidate

5 - 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
