General Qualifications

·     University graduation from Mechanical Engineering

·     Minimum 5 Year Experience in Automotive Industry

·     Good knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks 

·     Good knowledge in geometrical measurement and tolerancing,             heat  treatment processes

·     Knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies

·     Adaptive to efficient teamwork

·     Proficiency in project management, including the use of standard        project management tools and techniques

·     Good command of English, both written and spoken

·     Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO Standards

Key Responsibilities

·     To make necessary technical research related to the projects

·     To perform the controlling and coordination activities of the     documentation, filing, Project, and production coordination, and pre - production processes

·     To provide support and perform controlling activities, for the work / change instructions, examination of the alternative components and the technical conformity issues

·     To make coordination and the job - following activities between the department and the external providers / suppliers

·     To examine the additional processes / components applied to the products

·     To make a final control of the technical drawing works

·     To make the necessary controls before the product release step

·     To organize testing & analysis process, create test methods and procedures

·     To perform the informing activities on behalf of the customer to meet the customer demands and ensure the product conformity

·     To make on - site visits to verify that products, processes, and services from external sources comply with internal and external customer requirements
