Now, we want to see you among us! We are looking for new talents to join the embedded software team of our leading automotive brand's R&D department.

Here are the qualifications we are seeking:

• ·     Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• ·      2+ years of experience in embedded software development for automotive applications, particularly in powertrain control systems.
• ·      Strong proficiency in model-based software development and testing tools (MATLAB/SIMULINK, dSPACE, ETAS, Vector).
• ·       Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., CanAlyzer/Canoe).
•  Knowledge of control unit strategy and calibration principles for ECUs, TCUs, and DCUs.
• Understanding of internal combustion engines, aftertreatment systems, electric vehicle systems, and hybrid drivetrain topologies.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR software architecture and ISO26262 functional safety standards is preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• ·      Develop and design embedded software solutions for various vehicle subsystems, including engine, transmission, electric motors, thermal systems, and high voltage components.
• ·      Create control algorithms for both conventional and electrified powertrains, focusing on areas such as energy management, regenerative braking, high voltage charging, and climate controls.
• ·      Collaborate with global teams to ensure the integration, testing, and validation of embedded systems within hybrid and electric vehicles.
• ·       Engage in system requirements modeling, functional requirements management, and model-based development using tools like MATLAB/SIMULINK, Rhapsody, and SySML.
• ·      Interface with interdisciplinary teams and suppliers to drive the development process, verify system requirement models, and implement control and diagnostic algorithms.
• ·      Adapt engine and transmission systems for new and existing projects, considering country-specific conditions and regulatory requirements.
• ·      Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for quality issues related to engine control, transmission, and vehicle calibration systems.
• ·      Ensure adherence to automotive industry standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO26262.
