JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive Operational Stability: Implement and audit standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency across the network.
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, VSM) to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies (Muda).
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze operational KPIs and process mining data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable efficiency improvements.
• Change Management: Mentor frontline teams on Lean principles, fostering a culture of “Zero Defect” and strong process discipline.
• Systemic Integrity: Ensure physical operations are fully aligned with WMS/TMS systems; troubleshoot and resolve any process-system misalignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a “Gemba” (field-focused) approach; comfortable working in warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated interest in Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo diplomatically and influence operational teams.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level).
