Who Are You?

·       Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skills

·       Customer Service and Relationship Building skills

·       Product Knowledge and Sales Strategies

·       Time Management and Organizational skills

·       Ability to work well in a team environment

·       Experience in sales or the hospitality industry is a plus

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

·       Previous PMS (Property Management System) knowledge is a big plus

·       Very good written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish

What You Will Do?

·       Answer incoming sales calls and provide detailed information about properties that match customer needs.

·       Offer comprehensive details on listed properties across various platforms to attract potential buyers.

·       Inform customers about property sales and rental prices, payment plans, and promotional campaigns.

·       Develop expertise in converting inquiries into successful sales by guiding and persuading potential buyers.

·       Prepare and share contract documents for finalized property sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

·       Build strong, trust-based relationships with investors, families, students, and corporate clients to expand the customer portfolio.

·       Lead sales negotiations by presenting suitable payment plans and special offers to accelerate transactions.

·       Utilize PMS and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and efficiently track sales processes.

·       Support title deed and contract procedures, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free closing process.Maintain high customer satisfaction before and after the sale, leveraging referrals to generate new business.

·       Manage multiple sales transactions simultaneously by effectively planning client meetings and site visits.
