We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about ethical trade, supply chain transparency, and responsible sourcing practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting traceability initiatives, conducting production checks, and contributing to the continuous improvement of ethical compliance standards across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support and monitor traceability processes throughout the supply chain to ensure transparency and compliance with company requirements.

·         Conduct production checks and factory assessments to verify adherence to operational, and ethical standards.

·         Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify risks, address non-compliance issues, and drive corrective actions.

·         Monitor and report on supply chain performance, compliance status, and improvement opportunities.

·         Contribute to the development and implementation of ethical trade and responsible sourcing programs.

·         Participate in factory visits, audits, and follow-up activities as required.

·         Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications Essential

·         Fluent in both English and Turkish.

·         Experience and knowledge of supply chain traceability, production monitoring, and/or production checks.

·         Strong interest in ethical trade, responsible sourcing, and supply chain sustainability.

·         Ability to identify issues proactively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with limited supervision.

·         Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and manage challenging situations effectively.

·         High level of personal and professional integrity.

·         Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

·         Strong team-player mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

Preferred

·         Previous experience in ethical trade, social compliance, responsible sourcing, factory auditing, or related fields.

·         Knowledge of labour laws, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.

·         Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, sourcing organizations, or production facilities.

·         Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Experience operating and managing budgets.

·         Understanding of audit methodologies and corrective action management.
