•  Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
•  6 years’ managerial experience, strong food and beverage operations background, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
•  Strong leadership and team spirit.
•  Planning and organizational capacity.
•  Multi-purpose, proactive with an interpersonal spirit and good interpersonal relationships.
•  Hands-on attitude, ability to join operational teams and support in the execution of tasks whenever necessary.
• Rigorous, with a strong analytical component.

Main responsibilities:

•  Functions as a strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including food and beverage operations, guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Nikki Beach and property ownership and acts as General Manager in the absence of the latter. 
•  Keeps operations team focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results. Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience.
•  Position works with direct reports (Executive Committee members and department heads) to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. 
•  Developing the annual budget and business plan, and making recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty.
•  Ensuring operations meet customer needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance.
•  Tracking key projects, leading meetings and presenting reports to the General Manager, President, CEO or other executives and stakeholders.
