• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Engineering or business,
• Fluent English is a must,
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management & Development knowledge/ experiences 
• Knowledge of a variety of Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LESS, Design Thinking), methods, and tools; curiosity to discover new approaches and also knowledge of installation and usage of Agile Boards physically and in various IT tools (e.g. Jira, Polarion, Miro, Bosch Teamboardz, OneNote),
• Live/Willing to live in or close to locations such as Çerkezköy, Çorlu, Istanbul European region.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an "Agile Projects Master Expert" for ,   leader company in white goods sector, to which we provide consultancy services.

• Support and train self-organized teams by using agile principles, methods and support the Product Owner Team and project team by making fact-based and sustainable decisions
• Having the team health in view - Protect it from overload - Identify and remove impediments
• Coach Product Owner Team and project team - Moderate and plan meetings (daily meeting, review, planning, retrospective, synch. meeting)
•  Support the Product Owner Team to define, refine and maintain the Product Backlog
•  Take care of the continuous improvement of the team and create transparency of the working progress on an Agile board
•  Identify and solve conflicts between the Product Owner Team and the project team or within the project team.
