QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree of 4 years.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of Accounting.
• Able to use SAP FI/AA/CO.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Entering daily accounting records, invoice entries, processing expenses,
• Filing and archiving accounting documents,
• Preparation of financial reports,
• Execution of E-Invoice, E-Archive Invoice, E-Ledger processes,
• Preparation of all legal and annual statements,
• Making accrual of income and expense at the end of the period,
• Performing year-end closing procedures,
• Follow the Fixed Asset processes, to calculate and account for depreciation,
• Provide necessary information and supply to audit firms,
• Support Printing for cost accounting system controls,
• Will go out to monitor daily bank movements and perform accounting records,
• Carry out the accounting records and controls of import and export documents,
• Customer / Seller current account tracking and reporting, Current account Ba Bs reconciliations, Month-end current accounts valuation, exchange rate difference invoices,
• Support, follow-up of communication and correspondence with foreign customers and procurement,
• Regular and execution of all relevant work assigned by the Accounting Manager.
