We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!

A Scrum master is a facilitator who ensures that the Scrum team follows the processes that they agreed to follow. Also, the Scrum master skillfully removes obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals and is the liaison between the Scrum team and people or teams outside the Scrum team.

A Scrum master role can include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities;

·       Coach team members

·       Host daily stand-up meetings

·       Assist the product owner with the product backlog

·       Remove roadblocks

·       Teach Scrum practices and principles

Qualifications;

·       Working in an exciting, international environment (For a leading manufacturer of home appliances and solutions company)

·       Good work-life balance and happy workplace

·       Effective communication and teamwork

·       Good knowledge of English (Speaking is a must

·       Working with agile culture

·       Scrum certification is a plus
