Responsibilities and Duties

• Leading UX/UI team under Product Management Department.
• Create and drive the company’s strategy for design – align and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure this vision helps deliver on both the customers and business goals.
• Using a customer-centered, iterative design process, drive the execution and delivery of successful product and service designs across our portfolio of brands and touch points.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to translate business and users' goals into elegant but practical designs that can deliver on key business and user metrics.
• Ensure designs and user interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences and messages across all platforms, and are in alignment with core site and branding strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to brainstorm new products, features and functionalities that enhance our mobile and web experiences.
• Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Setup customer research and user testing (e.g., customer and staff panels, personas, analytics).
• Participate and present in senior executive meetings. 

Requirements

• Online portfolio that showcases a high level understanding of user experience and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience on UI design.
• 3+ years of experience on UX design and development. 
• BSc in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science or relevant fields.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. 
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio including UI/UX design works, artworks or development projects. 
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe lllustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and digital product design platforms (e.g. Axure, InVision).
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. 
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills. 
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus. 
• Development Background is a big plus.
