We are looking for a “Accommodation Attendant” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably have a bachelor’s degree or associate,
  
• At least 1 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience working in tourism sector,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees,
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that all employees receive personal service to the highest degree of courtesy and to be informed of the accommodation facilities,
• Providing communication with employees and human resources department,
• Monitoring and recording of employees who enter and utilize the accommodation facilities,
• To ensure that all employee concerns, complaints and compliments are resolved and addressed in an appropriate manner,
• To oversee all accommodation facilities and ensure that equipment is maintained in the rooms,
• Reporting all deficiencies to the concerned departments and immediate Managers and follow through with assignment.
