We are dedicated to changing the Turkish financial sector with innovative products and value-added services. To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a new "POS Operations Executive” teammate to join our Operation team. Your Role:

• Manage end-to-end bank and field operations related to POS business,
• Manage after sales processes such as POS bank definition, POS device installation, return management, document collection management, inventory and stock management,
• Investigate systematic errors and problems in operational processes, identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure and take necessary actions to resolve problems,
• Identify system developments in operational processes and conduct joint studies with technology teams,
• Continuously review business processes under responsibility, eliminate ambiguities, identify and resolve incompatibilities with company policies, procedures and instructions,
• Follow up on legal changes related to responsibilities, ensure timely changes and improvements,
• Conduct communication with banks, POS suppliers and field operation companies,
• Monitor post-sale service SLAs, manage contracts, ensure reconciliations,
• Manage and report the performance of the team managing field operations.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate from relevant university departments preferably Engineering,
• Having at least 5 years of experience in Payment Systems,
• Preferably experienced in Banks and Payment Institutions
• Actively involved in projects related to Member Merchant POS, ECR (Electronic Cash Register), and PF (Payment Facilitator),
• Highly skilled in business partner/supplier management,
• Highly skilled in team management, strong communication, reporting, and presentation,
• Fluent in English,
• Experienced in effectively using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
• Experienced in team management,
• Analytical and capable of analysis.
