Research Scientist in Perovskite Solar Cells

The Center: ODTU-GUNAM is a multi-disciplinary center of excellence in the area of solar energy science and technology. We started our journey in 2009 and since then, with rich infrastructure and human capital, ODTU-GUNAM became the leading and most comprehensive national center of Turkey in the development of solar energy technologies including photovoltaic, concentrating solar thermal, and cross cutting technologies such as high-performance buildings, smart grids, and smart cities. Recently, ODTU-GUNAM became an independent excellence center with completely overhauled structure and strong funding.

The Position: We’re looking for a research scientist with a PhD dgree.

Requirements:

•PhD Degree in Chemistry/Physics/Materials Sci. Electrical Eng. from a respected   university.

•Background in semiconductor physics, organic chemistry, thin film deposition and characterization.

•Specific background/experience in any aspect of perovskite solar cells is required.

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for large area perovskite development using slot-die in the perspective of   high throughput fabrication.

•Co-supervising MSc., PhD students.

The Location: ODTU-GUNAM is located in METU, Ankara. This is a great place to live because
