We are looking for “Software Development Team Lead” for our client.
  • Universty degree in Computer Engineering or related fields,
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft .NET 4.5+ and .Net.Core 2.0+ development using C#
  • Experience with  EF & EF Core, Asp.Net Core & Asp.Net WebApi Core.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
  • Experience with performance profiling and optimization.
  • Excellent standard of English, written and oral.
  • Experience with Angular 2+ or CLI, Docker, AWS, Azure, PL/SQL
  • Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Devops.
  • Living in or willing to move to Izmir, Turkey.


  • Managing team of software developers to deliver high quality software solutions include planning, monitoring and quality management,
  • Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule,
  • Helping the team with architectural decisions, software development best practices and technologies, tools and techniques used within the team,
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to aid in the development of high quality software,
  • Following new technologies and innovations to guide software engineers to reach best practices,
  • Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team,
  • Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members,
  • Build and promote a positive working environment for the team within your areas as well as other business areas you will engage with,
  • Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback,
  • Proactively report and manage upwards to management and the business, so that they are well informed of the work currently in development,
  • Implement team goals and objectives,
  • Supervise, train and guide team members.
