We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate, and self-motivated Financial Reporting Manager for our project in Ankara.

About The Opportunity
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS/TFRS financial reporting packages and financial statement preparation in line with Group and regulatory deadlines,
Ensure completeness and accuracy of IFRS adjustments, reconciliations, disclosures and supporting schedules,
- Manage and review management reporting deliverables, analytical reviews and variance explanations for local and corporate management,
- Monitor changes in IFRS/TFRS and Group accounting policies, assess their financial impact and coordinate implementation where required,
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex and judgemental accounting areas,
- Coordinate SOX and internal control activities within the financial reporting function, including documentation, control assessment and remediation follow-up,
- Manage external audit coordination, audit schedules, supporting documentation and responses to auditor requests,
- Support internal audit, corporate controller, tax and internal control teams on reporting, accounting and compliance matters,
- Lead, coach and develop the financial reporting team; set priorities and ensure strong ownership, discipline and accountability,
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, standardization and automation.
About You
To qualify, the following skills and experiences are required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related departments,
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance, accounting or financial reporting experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in a financial reporting or external audit role,
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/TFRS financial reporting and financial statement preparation,
- Solid understanding of SOX, internal controls and financial reporting governance frameworks,
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills,
- Strong command of MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical, reporting, research and problem-solving skills,
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate outputs under time pressure,
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is a strong asset,
- Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is an advantage,
- Experience in a multinational or listed company reporting environment is preferred,
- Familiarity with SAP and consolidation/reporting tools is an advantage,
- Experience in audit coordination and working with external auditors.
