QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in human resources preferably within the mining and/or extractive industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Current valid drivers’ license.
  • Military service should be completed (for male candidates).
  • Fluency in English and translation capability (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results when confronted with unexpected work demands,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Self-starter, who is able to work independently and use his / her initiative when needed.
  • Reside or willing to reside in Develi


İŞ TANIMI

  • Monitors regular day-to-day HR activities and ensures that all standards and deadlines are met.
  • Develops and distributes monthly personnel statistics reports and prepares monthly and weekly HR reports.
  • Experienced various areas of HR including recruitment, training, performance management, organizational development, compensation
  • Follows-up the job applications, manages candidate database, contacts with candidates when needed, supports or conducts interviews and makes the related reporting.
  • Provides the recruitment and dismissal procedures.
  • Prepares and announces the orientation program for the new employees and makes sure that they receive the necessary trainings.
  • Take responsibility for the management and implementation across the company of an effective HR strategy and systems.
  • Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
  • Creates, maintains and follows-up the all employee records and human resources documentation.
  • Prepares the internal, newspaper or web page advertisements for the new positions, evaluates and responds to the applicants.
  • Prepares the business meeting schedule in coordination with the departments.
  • Hold the meeting notes held by the human resources department.
  • Supports the planning and performance of the social activities organized by the company.
