We’re Hiring | Senior Architect – London Project
OM Arch is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Istanbul / Kabataş office on a full-time basis, working on an international architectural project in London.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience with BIM-based projects
- Strong experience in design development and detailed / construction documentation
- Ability to coordinate architectural projects and models with MEP and other disciplines
- Experience using Autodesk Forma and/or Navisworks for project coordination
- Ability to understand and incorporate consultant briefs into the project and follow up on the process
- Strong coordination skills across the design team and different disciplines
- Fluent spoken English and strong professional / technical English
Familiarity with the RIBA Plan of Work stages is preferred
Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the design and delivery of the London project;
Lead the development of the Revit model and drawing packages;
İntegrate consultant briefs into the project;
Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines;
Follow up on project deliverables and submission processes.
