About the Project
We are looking a Sales Specialist to work at the central sales office of Volony Doğa Konakları Çekmeköy, an exclusive residential project in Istanbul. The successful candidate will serve as a team member involved in the project's overall commercial strategy, specifically focusing on sales management and customer acquisition within the framework of marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Role Purpose
To execute sales and marketing activities in accordance with the project’s commercial strategy, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to the successful sales performance of the development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
* Execute sales activities in line with the sales strategy defined by the Sales & Marketing Director.
* Present the project to prospective clients and guide them throughout the sales process.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
* Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Marketing Support
* Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Represent the project at launch events, exhibitions and customer presentations.
* Provide market and customer feedback to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales and/or marketing.
* Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
* Experience working within a structured sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
* Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
* Self-motivated, organized and results-driven.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
* Willingness to work on-site and conduct regular project site visits.
