HR Process & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical team member to join our Human Resources Department. This role will focus on improving the efficiency of retail store operations and workforce utilization through data-driven analysis, while actively contributing to the development and optimization of HR and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Experience with parametric systems related to retail and HR processes (performance, organizational structure, productivity, turnover, KPIs, etc.)

• Strong understanding of retail store operations and workforce dynamics

• Proven interest in process improvement and operational efficiency

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis and reporting; Power Query / Power BI preferred)

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and reporting)

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Well-developed planning, tracking, and reporting skills

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a global retail structure (multi-store, multi-country)

Job Description

• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting HR and operational metrics related to retail field operations

• Analyzing store-level data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Supporting workforce planning, labor productivity, and headcount optimization through data analysis

• Conducting productivity, performance, and organizational analyses

• Actively contributing to the design, improvement, and standardization of HR and retail operational processes

• Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effective workforce utilization

• Preparing and sharing global and local periodic reports
